I have been going to Dreams for a number of years and always get what I need this was my 2nd bed this year from your firm

No nonsense sale - Jake showed us a range of options with no hard sell.

The service we received from the actual sales assistant that we dealt with (Sue) and her colleague (I think Jake) was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, we were made to feel welcome, comfortable and not like we were an inconvenience in any way. We were really impressed by the Tempur demo/booth and went on to buy a Tempur mattress. We bought a bed from Clearance and the the item was brought into the store and fully opened and checked to make sure we were happy with it before purchasing. All the time Sue and her colleague were really friendly, sharing their experiences and having good banter and a laugh with us. Dreams was the first place we came to that day looking for a bed and the bed that we bought was the first one we looked at as it met all our needs, I really was expecting it to be so quick and easy. Overall I am really satisfied with the service received and the quality of product (we also bought matching bedside cabinets) and am also coming back to purchase another mattress shortly for another bed. Thanks to the team.

arrived at Dreams Last after visiting two other Bed Shops and realised I was in the right place.straight away no need to look any further found what I was looking for within five minutes brought two mattresses.high quality on a sale price saved about £300.00 on what the other bed shops quoted me.and I decided to buy a Black Leather bed frame with the money I had saved.so big happy all round.thanks again Dreams
