We was offered a hot drink on arrival. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Came away with everything we needed and was very happy with purchase.

Store was set out great so it was easy to find what we were looking for. The sales rep was fab and not pushy or rushing us in to making a decision.

We visited the Gloucester store and were helped by a very knowledgeable and helpful sales assistant. He explained in detail about the mattress and bed-frame choices and listened carefully about our requirement without pressurizing us in any way. We subsequently purchased a mattress online, to take advantage of the free delivery option. Two weeks later, after deciding on a bed-frame and before delivery of our mattress, I telephoned to see if we could take advantage of your latest special offer of 20% off a bed-frame when ordering a mattress. I spoke to Jake who was very helpful and enabled me to place the order and arrange the same delivery date as the mattress. I was also pleased to be able to choose a delivery date with your free delivery service. I have been very pleased with your excellent service.

Because the staff gave us plenty of time to choose our bed as we were torn between two beds. Jane helped us make a decision and gave us good advise.

We found a bed that we loved, the assistant was so helpful with answering questions about the bed. Helped us to pick out a comfortable mattress and beautiful bedding too! We also had our 19 month old daughter with us who was getting a little bored at the time. He spoke to her beautifully, made her smile and offered her some gummy sweets. Couldn't of asked for better customer service with dealing with the bed, myself my partner but especially with my daughter. He was polite at all times and all round liverly to deal with.

We were looked after well, it wasn't overpowering and we were given many opportunities alone to think and study the products to discuss options. Help was available whenever we needed it and interaction was good. We had a 50% discount on the mattress we purchased and were quickly able to agree a delivery time to suit.

Dina the sales assistant was so helpful, she was very patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. We experienced a problem with Barclays Partner Finance, Dina was helpful in resolving the issue. If you have an employee of the month award, I suggest that Dina be the recipient
