Had a new superking bed from you about 3 years ago and have been very satisfied and went back recently for two double beds and was very well assisted in the store without being hassled. Also I went back this week to order the bedside cabinets

Really helpful staff made choosing the right products pleasant and easy. The purchase was speedy and simple. Overall I was extremely happy with the service I received.

The assistant Jane, was polite and extremely helpful. We obtained everything we wanted, and the delivery date offered was exactly when we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble and we were not rushed in any way. It was an enjoyable and useful use of our time.

I have shopped there for years and have bought bedding, pillows, mattresses and a king size leather bed. The quality has been second-to-none but the service of the staff is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. However, I do not understand why free mattress covers cannot be delivered at the same time as the mattress. Why does it have to be handed to the customer separately from the delivery? I am hoping that mine will be posted.

We liked how the mattresses were colour coded for ease of shopping in the store. Vicki the sales assistant that served us was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
