Very knowledgeable professional and friendly staff

The sales assistant was very good. She came over to talk to us but she also left us to it to talk which was appreciated as sales assistants who hang around is very off putting. She knew when we needed help but then also when to hang back. Very friendly

We weren't expecting to be able to buy the type of mattress we needed, thinking it would have to be ordered by a specialist, so we had only really gone in to get an idea of the industry's standards for the different firmness of mattresses and what myself and my husband prefer. We came out having bought a non-standard size with different firmness on either side, something I didn't think would have been possible before entering the shop.

Entered the store and was met with pleasant hello's no hard sales tactics. We were even offered coffee and tea whilst browsing and trying out the beds. Vicki who served us is a credit to the dreams team at Etruria, Stoke on Trent and nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were very attentive, advice was given regards the store layout. I especially liked the traffic lights colours used for different types of firmness for the mattress and different colours for the base. This made it a lot easier and a more pleasurable experience regards deciding on a particular bed we were looking for. We had been to visit several bed stores that weekend and by far, Dreams were above the rest regards the variety and knowledge from the staff. I felt that the staff were assertive without being too pushing regards a sale. Vicki made us a drink whilst we made our final decision. Excellent customer service, good quality and value for money. Pleasure to deal with and I have already recommended to a few friends.

Service was good and couldn't be more helpful very friendly and efficient every question about the product was answered with professional services and very patient with our decision on this purchase, drink was also offered but we declined as we were going out for dinner, we did go to other shops but the quality and knowledge of the staff was not as efficient as we experienced when we purchased our new and more comfortable mattress from dreams good job to Jane and we hope we will have very enjoyable sleep, thanks a lot xxl

The shop assistant couldn't do enough for us and went out of her way to satisfy us. Very pleasant and helpful lady and very understanding.

assitance was there when required, but not pushy. A large range, to large, to choose from which was quickly narrowed down by Jane. Great cup of coffee. Given plenty of time - and a very nice pillow - to really look and decide what we wanted. (bought the pillow as well)

We were attended to by Vicki, who was friendly, patient and informative. We were given coffee while we talked over the paperwork, which was appreciated. The Tempur bed we ordered, will, I'm sure, fulfil our needs and I'm already enjoying my new Tempur pillow!
