THE SALES ASSISTANT WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND HELPFUL. SHE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS.

We arrived in store just before closing time (due to work commitments) yet the member of staff on duty gave us all the time we needed to make our choice and place the order for our new mattress, even made us a cuppa! She was able to give us information on the products that were of interest to us and clearly went through the payment options, warranties and other available products but without us feeling that we were being pushed into taking these out.

The assistant was friendly, listened to our needs, was able to guide us to what we were asking for. She gave us the information we asked for but was not over-bearing and offered us a tea or coffee before leaving us alone to consider our decisions. We were not pressured or rushed. An excellent service indeed.
