We had been let down by another company and whilst buying a bed for our grandson the assistant showed us a possible solution and after thought decided to buy another bed which has solved our problem.

The lady who served us was very helpful and friendly. We were uncertain in ehat to buy and she helped us all she could. We were grateful to her.

The experience of purchasing my new bed was made a fantastic experience by the fact that Susan at the showroom was so personable and experienced. She made the purchase a simple and pleasurable one. I would recommend to anyone! She was not pushy but offered lots of help and advice :)

Great staff knowledge and friendliness

Been looking at a TVs bed for a while then saw your Black Friday sale and was delighted with the price of the bed this is the 2nd bed purchased from dreams both being black leather seem to be made to a high quality and ticked all the boxes i required

Good advice by assistant who was very helpful

When we decided we wanted a new bed, we went out with the idea of going to a few different places to try various beds and confirm prices. Dreams was our first stop. Upon entering the store we were welcomed by Vicki who asked what we were looking for, we explained about the bed we were replacing and required something to at least the same quality and firmness. She showed us a couple of beds, but we then explained that the price was well over what we had budgeted for. She then directed us to a couple of beds that had been reduced, she assisted us in our choice, got the cost of the bed to suit our budget, and helped us select the necessary accessories. Over all the level of service we received from Vicki was superb, we could not have asked for more.

We were fortunate in getting exceptional customer service from Jane, my mum is disabled and the help and patience given to us from Jane was fantastic and made the whole experience of buying a bed from Dreams an anjoyable one.
