Vicki at Dreams in Basford, Stoke on Trent was very helpful to us and put us at ease as soon as we arrived. We both enjoyed the bed trial and it was very comfortable. Greated when we walked into the shop where the member of staff explained the colour system of the mattresses for firmness and quality. This was useful as it gave us first time buyers an easy way to determin what kind of quilty and comfort we were looking for
