Dreams - Stoke on Trent

We were very pleased with the help of Sue and Jake at the Stoke store in making our decision about which mattresses to buy. There were plenty of beds to try.

Prompt, attentive and useful service

the visit to buy our new mattress was made very easy and enjoyable by "Andrew" the member of staff, his professional manner was good, the time he spent with us to informing us of the various products , we did spend more than we set out to do but were extremely pleased with our final choice as you spend a lot of your life in bed, the final proof will be when the new mattress is delivered but when returning home we realised how "soft" our current mattress is. thank you Andrew .

Exceptionally high service and attention. Full description of each of the beds we were interested in making it easier for us to make a choice. At no time were we pressured into buying specific product. We were greatly helped by Jake who described the benefits of each specific mattress but fully allowed us to make the final choice stressing that we choose the most comfortable mattress for our needs. We both suffer from severe back pain and are looking forward to receiving our new mattress. Throughout our visit Jake was patient and very hospitable, we were served coffee and my coat was kept safe in the office whist we tried the beds. He is a credit to your Company, his enthusiasm and friendliness is very refreshing in these days of retail service.

The member of staff ( Andrew ) who dealt with my purchase was very knowledgeable and confident with my enquiry. It was a pleasure to speak to someone who was very polite and well mannered, a credit to your company. Dina was very polite,helpful,knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We were very impressed with her understanding of our needs and time spent explaining all about the product and also the companies policies on making sure we have made the right decision and the fact that there is a returnable clause should the mattress not be the right one for us. Also when we explained we wanted to compare prices on line her attitude didn't change. In fact she went the extra mile and made us aware of the fact that if we did find the same product cheaper the price would be matched. It just got better and better. We did find a better offer and returned to the store. Dina checked the details and spoke to Jake who agreed straight away to the new price and deal. He then continued with our order with the same professionalism and helpfulness and even got his nan to make a delicious cup of coffee. What more could any customer ask for. Thank you so much.
