Incredibly helpful and polite staff, who approached us as soon as entered the store, asked if she could be of assistance and asked if we would like a cup of tea or coffee. Several members of staff approached us during our several visits to your store, all very eager to please and knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. Jake in particular was very obliging and hospitable, giving efficient and professional service, whilst also being friendly and sympathetic and was directly conducive to us making our purchase.

He was friendly, professional and very keen, a great asset to the company. There were lots of different firm messes to choose from which without the assistance of Andrew would have been difficult to understand. The coffee was a nice surprise.
