Dreams was one of four outlets that we visited to chose a bed from. Out of all 4, Dreams wer by far the most quality product and value for money. To add to that when we told the assistant we had found a cheaper deal online there was no awkward quibbling -she was assertive, matched the deal and we walked away incredibly happy. I'm glad Dina was able to price match as I prefer to give credit where credit is due - she spent quite a while with us helping us to pick a new bed!

Dealt with a young man who listened to our requirements and went out of his way to identify the various mattresses that might meet our needs.

Susan was friendly knowledgeable and at all times helpful without being push or patronising an asset to the company.

The staff members that served us were very attentive and knowledgeable on the products we were asking about. Although the store was busy we were not left standing around waiting to be seen and we were helped to understand the different options of mattress as we weren't sure of this.

Andrew, who assisted us, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to find a previous order that we placed for a mattress in 2007 with now difficulty whatsoever and recommend a similar bed to the one we had purchased all those years ago. We required a headboard, which he helped us with and even managed to advise us on some tempur pillows. We were offered a drink and a seat, all the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.
