The assistant had the matress we ended up buying, she highly recommended it. We were given a drink & time to look around. We didn't feel pressured & everyone was really friendly.

We were approached by Sue who we had met when visiting the store the day before. On our first visit Sue was friendly and asked whether we wanted any help or were happy to browse which we appreciated because there was no "pushiness" or hard sell. We did want help and had rather a lot of questions and Sue was extremely knowledgable and answered all our questions alongside letting us try the product that we were interested in and ensuring we compared these with others on the market which helped us consolidate our decision. We were never hurried on either visit and we went away with a quote on our first visit. On returning for our second visit the next day we were greeted by Sue who answered more questions and allowed us to try the mattresses again. Because the store was extremely busy Sue handed us over to Jake to process our order. Again, Jake was friendly and dealt with our order efficiently. What a pleasure it has been to deal with professional people who take care to ensure customer satisfaction.

The assistant, Sue who looked after me was extremely knowledgeable about the beds and very patient with me and let me try a lot of mattresses which helped me make my final decision.

We found staff to be polite and very knowledgeable about types of beds, they helped us decide what we needed, I don't like when staff are constantly breathing down you neck it puts people off buying. They gave you time to talk between yourselves without pressure, which is very nice. Would recommend friends and family to come to your store before buying bed as it's changed such a lot since we last bought a bed, so you know you are buying bed that's suits your needs.

Having met Jane on previous visits to the store, it was a pleasure to have to deal with her again. so friendly and a good knowledge of the product.

Sue who helped us was very good with her product knowledge, level of support, helpfulness and general demeanour, she was very friendly and approachable yet discreet at the same time. She was very clever at determining when to leave us to chat and when to offer help and also helped us to make the final decision to buy. A real credit to the store. Good level of banter/relationships amongst the staff and manager and all in all a good experience. Don't usually like big stores like this because sales staff are too pushy but this was NOT the case with this store.

Andrew was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had no intentions of purchasing at the time we visited the store however his approach and manner made for a great experience and we felt happy to go with his recommendations

Andy was helpful and very informative, allowing us enough distance and space to discuss our choices but also providing necessary guidance at times when we needed it. Andy took into consideration our different requirements for a new mattress and talked us through the best options to meet both our needs. We were really impressed by the service
