Dina was very helpful,product knowledge was very good and was very pleasant offered us a drink whilst she was dealing with us ,this is the second time we have purchased from dreams,keep up the good work.

I did not intend buying products on that day I was just looking, but I saw something that interested me, and the assistance with everything that I received thought I should place the order as everything seemed right, just hope that when I receive the goods that my DREAMS are all good too.

Having entered the store we were greeted and allowed to settle then offered a drink of our choice. We were given the freedom to browse but when we had a question it was answered quickly and professionally. It was our intention only to try out a matteress however we felt that the price offered for both mattress and base was superb and placed the order there and then.having worked in electrical retail for over 30 years I feel that I have a good working knowledge of what good customer service looks like and today I received just that. Sue was able to speak with experience because she has had a Tempur for two years now. Sue was able to help us understand the various types so that we could make an informed decision.
