The lady that served us and completed our order was very helpful. Answered all of our questions. She was very patient with us when it took us a while to make a decision. I am very happy with the overall customer experience.

The employee named Paul helped us. He was nice and determined to help us. He really took the time to help us find the perfect matress for our needs even though we were very picky. If it wasn't for Paul we would probably not have bought a mattress at Dreams that day.

First f all we had a small dog, a Papillon, and we phoned first to see if it was ok to bring into the store whilst on a short lead, making sure he was under control all the time. This was acceptable so we went to the store straight away. Dina welcomed us and asked if she could be of any help straight away. We explained what we wanted and she spent the rest of the time showing us all the options. Very thorough. Using the Automatic Bed to assess our specific needs as we were going from our own Kingsize bed to two small double 4ft beds. So it was not a straight forward purchase. However, all was done to our satisfaction.
