The assistant listened to what I wanted and provided me with different options until I Was completed satisfied with what I had chosen there was no rushing me for a quick sale, I have already recommended a friend and they too have purchased a new bed from the same store.

Jane the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and was not at all pushing for a sale she left us to make up our own minds something which we like and not to be forced into buying something she was lovely and very good at her job

We called in earlier to check out the bed frames you had on offer, staff were very helpful, we then went and checked out other shops for same or similar, we then went back to your store and again staff most helpful. Jane 'L' served us and was most informative.

Due to the knowledge of the staff member his approach and willingness to answer questions. he presented as approachable offered refreshments and placed ourselves at ease. at no point did we feel under pressure.

The assistant Sunita was so refreshing and helpful. She went the extra mile to call me back to check if I was satisfied.

The woman on the phone taking my order was polite very helpful and did everything in her power to hp me out. It's was a shame that the manageress in the cwmbran store didn't hold the same values when we went to pay cash for the bed and mattress my fiancee found her very rude with a non compliant attitude.
