Very satisfied the service was very good

I visited that branch on two occasions and was dealt with by Dina who was helpful and knowledgeable. I placed my order on the telephone some two weeks after my visit but Dina immediately recalled all details and took my order without delay.

Jane the assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful. She showed me all the alternatives available and offered good advice. She was efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Helpful staff member showed us everything we needed to no well at the same time not being to pushy giving us time to look round and try out the products in the store

Assistant performance and price

We are returning customers and were made to feel welcomed. Coffee offered the chance for the kids to lie on the neds before choosing really helped.

The salesman was attentive without being pushy. There were plenty of products to look at and test. He helped my daughter to focus down to the type of product that she found most comfortable

The member of staff very knowledgable and friendly.

looking for a new mattress/bed can be a nightmare with all the different types, I guess they call it dreams because it is made so simple there. The person who served me (Andrew) has a really good knowledge of the products available and helped me find the right mattress for me in no time. I will definitely be going back to dreams when I come to get another mattress or bed.
