Dreams - Stoke on Trent

Sue, the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable about the products and assisted with every question asked. She advised us on firmness, structure, material, springs and comfort. I would definitely recommend going to dreams in Stoke on Trent, and speak to Sue, she even made us a drink and personally stayed open after hours to complete our purchase! Sales girl of the year!

Jane approached me as soon as I entered the store, made sure that she was available for any questions and was extremely helpful and polite all through the experience. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even to explaining where the toilets were for my children and waiting for me to come back with them.

we were made to feel at ease trying the beds out no rush the staff were very good let us wander round the store , we were offered a warm drink,never had that before anywhere. they were brilliant staff when we made the purchase they asked us if we would like to tell you of our experience in the store it was very satisfactory cannot fault the store or the staff every bed is coloured pillows this is explained to you and you know what beds to look at brilliant idea , my husband did say to them which made them laugh (we were locked in till we purchased something) it was a real pleasant visit and we got fixed up no problem. The staff we met we Jake Vicky and Dina lovely staff deserve to do well .cannot thank them enough

First time to Dreams and we did not know what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Andrew who looked after us at the Stoke branch was very helpful from the outset. He was very friendly and built an excellent rapport with us and our children who were with us. We were looking for a new mattress and he explained very well the different types and homed in on what could be best for us given our preferences and current sleeping issues. Andrew didn't do the 'hard sell', he let the products do the talking. We found our idea mattress, including buying two Tempur pillows, which when we first tried them, we instantly wanted. After placing the order, we left the store very happy with the fact we found the exact mattress we wanted and needed for a long time.

Each member of staff took time to speak to me and ask if I required anything. Even a drink.
