Dreams - Stoke on Trent

This is the second Tempur mattress we have purchased from this store. On both occasions we were served by an exceptional colleague (Sue) who was knowledgable and took time to work out what was best for us. She even found us a mattress for our narrow Boat!!

We walked through the door and was greeted by Andrew, a lovely chap who was able to guide us in the right direction to purchasing the correct bed for us. He didn't mind how many times I 'tried' the mattress for comfort. We found the one that was best suited to us and was amazed how quickly it could be delivered. Two very happy customers. Thank you.

Having previously been to another local supplier/showroom for beds where we were disappointed and not satisfied with either items seen or service we arrived (easy parking) at Dreams, Basford. Immediately pleased to see layout and range to view and quickly offered the wanted attendance by Andrew. Liked him and liked advice given. Able to make easy decision of our requirement and the transaction was efficiently dealt with (cheerfully) by Andrew.

Easy to locate products and assistant gave us time to check the items thoroughly before making a decision.

We had Jake help us today.Firstly he provided coffee which was a nice touch then went into explain the different kinds of mattresses as we had no idea what we needed.He soon sorted that out and made it clear we were very welcome to try out any of the beds and even provided pillows to do so.He was very pleasant to chat to and nothing seemed to much bother at all.He also understood my health problems and helped us decide exactly what we needed and provided it very efficiently.

Dina and the manager were extremely friendly. Dina understood my needs and took time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable. Took her time to speak to us and did not rush us at anytime. I will visit the shop again
