The lady who dealt with us (Dina) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being at all pushy. She seemed to appear just as you needed her. The colour coded system was also very helpful as was the latte 😁

Excellent customer service and range of products on offer. Great understanding of our previous bed and what was available similar to what we had that would meet our requirements. Opportunity to try out and find the product which would best met our needs.
