Dreams - Stoke on Trent

My order was complex and I needed the items for September rather than now. The sales assistant did her best to be informative about the products but when she needed assistance all the others around the store helped as well! I ended up with a strange mix of products but the right ones hopefully for us. Overall good shopping experience.

I had underestimated quite how many different mattress options there were but the assistant (Jane) was so knowledgeable and helpful that she made it extremely straightforward :)

I knew what I wanted from the web site so in store went straight to the product which was as described and the price was right. Went home to check the sizes fitted and ordered easily over the phone

We found Andrew to be extremely knowledgeable about the range of mattresses and bases and gave sound advice on the type of bed which would suit our needs. A seemless process, with no pressure a pleasure to shop with ease and comfort

I found the experience of purchasing the product I required very satisfactory. The assistant (Jane) was very helpful, had a lot of knowledge and was able to give me a lot of guidance in finding what I needed. She was also very patient & courteous offering us refreshments and leaving us to consider all options & was not at all pushy. I would definitely recommend to others & go back in the future.

As we walked into the store Dina came over to explain the layout of the store . She explained the differences in the mattresses. Dina took us to various parts of the store, each time leaving us to make our own minds up. Normally shop staff take a look at us and try to talk us into items they want you to buy, but not Dina, she didn't care about the way we looked, she was very helpful and didn't push.

We visited the Stoke store for a mattress for my father who has recently been diagnosed with cancer and has a broken neck. So we were looking for a specific mattress which would be suitable for him. The lady who helped us was very knowledgable and was able to assist us in finding the correct mattress. Also, I purchased a bed frame, mattress and bedding with the help of the same lady and she was again extremely helpful and understanding when explaining delivery times etc
