My wife and I Knew what type of mattress we wanted, as we did our homework on the internet. On entering your store we were greeted by Vicki who offered us a hot drink. She appeared knowledgeable about the different products on offer. Vicki was able to answer our questions to our satisfaction. we felt that we made our decision to purchase from Dreams in a relaxed manner, with no pressure. we left the store without purchase, went home discussed the different beds then made our choice. We returned to the store and made the purchase.

Surprised with the choice and quality of the beds in store, and the knowledge, advice, and time, given to us as a customer. We were encouraged to spend as much time as we needed in our choice of mattresses etc. Given all the prices we went away to talk everything over, without feeling any sales pressure at all.Tthis helped in our decision to return later to place the order.

We came in some weeks before to browse, with a view we wanted somewhere with a larger choice. We were 'pounced' on by an assistant who explained the layout of the store and then started to demonstrate the different mattresses etc. Initially we thought 'but we just want to browse' but we very quickly realised we didn't understand, like we thought, about the different mattress types etc. The knowledge, sales experience, explanation and demonstration was very useful and helpful. We got a quote and promised to come back to her personally if we decided to but the much more expensive bed we intended on buying but one we loved. Some weeks later we came back and gave her personally that well earned order and cant wait for it to be delivered after our bedroom is refitted.

Our assistant Jane did not apply any pressure, was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed to consider being allergic to latex and foam products. Coffee was provided almost immediately and all the time in the world was made available to us during this visit enabling a one-stop decision to be made. Both members of staff present were so pleasant and helpful, the store being very well presented, clean and with sufficient testing facilities. Generally standards have fallen across the UK in customer service, this visit was very much an exception. Very impressed.

We were dealt with immediately when we entered the store. The female assistant was friendly and obviously able to answer all our questions. She is an asset to your company.!!
