The service you gave was very good, the lady was helpful and pleasant plus carried the mattress to our car ( 5 star )

The friendliness of Jane and the amount of information she was able to give us was very good, but she was not to pushy and gave us plenty of time to make our choice on our own once she had given us the information we needed. She also made sure that we had the type of pillow we had at home when trying out the beds and she also made us a drink when we were ready, without Jane we wouldn,t have known where to start there was so many different types of beds to choose from. We also liked the service of assembling the bed and taking away the old bed and mattress .

We were made to feel very welcome in the store and Dina was very helpful with letting us know what all the products were and how they were made.

We had a great time shopping for a mattress in store. We were greeted by friendly staff and offered a drink. It was really useful having staff there to advise us about the different types of mattresses and helping us to choose the right one for ourselves. All staff in the store were friendly and they all spoke to us at some point during our visit. Dina was first to assist us and gave us a great overview of what was in store and this allowed us to start narrowing down what was going to be right for us. She was very attentive and listened to what we thought we needed and what our likes and dislikes were then steered us in the right direction. Unfortunately Dina had to leave for an appointment but she handed us over to another lady called Vicki who she brought up to speed on what we were looking at. Vicki was also very attentive and advised us through our shortlist of mattresses until we finally came to a decision. We were also given some of the tempur cloud pillows to use while trying the beds and once your heads hit one of those its difficult to walk away without buying one!! Brilliant sales skills on the part of your staff. We love our new mattress so a big thanks to Dina & Vicki.

The members of staff on duty were very helpful and very polite, as this was my second visit to dreams the first I think was in 2006. all in all it was a pleasant experience , I have worked for the NHS for 37yrs and know all about dealing with the public, I think the lady who processed my order has worked for the NHS in the past and has a lot of experience dealing with the public thanks garry lovatt

Dreams assistant Dina. Nothing was too much trouble even though she was really busy. We went into the shop near closing time and never felt rushed or hustled. Dina explained all the necessary information and insurances available to us. In all a really professional service.

entered the store, met with a very friendly greeting, offered a drink, and Jane was very helpful guiding us around the product. We were then left unpressured to make our decision. WE visited two other local bedstores prior to Dreams, the assistants were sat at desks, no aknowledgement that we were there and no assistance offered - we walked out. Well done Dreams.

It was an easy and stress free visit to buy a bed, no heavy marketing just a very polite assistant who listened to us and explained what was available.

We were given a drink of not chocolate on entry so we felt very atise,Vicki was very helpful and did not rush us or pressurise us into buying anything only advised us as we both have back problems
