Good selection. Staff good and not in your face whilst looking round. I hate when they are with you very step of the way. So that was good. Price was steep and not a lot of room to manoeuvre. John Lewis were cheaper but I was told not like for like as they had no cool surface. Looked the same to me. So disappointed on that front. Also JL has kid start which I like. Otherwise VG

from parking with ease to purchase was more of a pleasure than a drama, the store assistant Dina was most helpful without being to pushy, w were greeted warmly and offered a hot beverage and left to brouse and sample the mattresses at our leisure,

We were greeted by Jane, who was very pleasant, asked how we were, asked us what we were looking for, and also asked us if we would like a drink. We had been on the internet before going to the store, and we had a list of what we would like to look at, we gave Jane the list, but unfortunately one of the items was not available in the warehouse. Jane showed us different options, and we came up with an alternative to suit our needs. Jane gave us several options in which to pay. We found our first experience at Dreams, very good, Jane was very helpful, and knowledgeable. We were recommended to Dreams by my mother who has bought a new bed recently from the Stafford store. We will recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

I was helped by Sam who I understand was quite new at the store I received excellent customer service from him and the store manager while I was there they were both very helpful and I could not fault the service I received.

The sales assistant was highly attentive and listened well to my reuiqrements. She did evrything possible to secure me the best price possible within my budget. Matresses were put onto different bed frames so that I could experince how it would feel on the particular bed frame I was interested in. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble.

The store assistant was very knowledgeable about your products and was very pleasant to deal with
