The assistant was friendly,informed and helpful without being "aggressive" in his selling technique

The lady who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and patient with the questions we were asking we came back twice to see her before we made a decision

We were made to feel welcome and valued as soon as we entered the shop. Dina, the lady who served us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful we were not rushed or pressured and were invited to experience the whole product range.

Jane the sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable.Jane helped us with our decision and made us feel very welcome .

This is my second purchase from dreams this time for my mother, great service jargon all broken down into a format that she could understand and was made to feel at ease. Great service Andrew

On entering the store we were greeted by Vicki who without being pushy directed us to bed frames which we were shopping for. She also offered us a coffee which we accepted. She paid us just the right amount of attention whilst letting us look around and come to a decision. She was also very knowledgeable answering all our questions. A very pleasant shopping experience.

I visited the shop twice, the first time with the kids, to look at a tv bed I'd seen online, I wanted to see it and check out some queries first. I was immediately offered assistance by Andy, he introduced himself and proceeded to tell me all I needed to know. As the bed is (to us) an investement piece I wanted to be sure as there were some reviews that said the lifting mechanism was noisy on another bed in the shop, this was quickly dispelled as we were given the control and lay on the bed and left to operate ourselves. Andy also explained the benefits of a sprung base - even drew a diagram for me! He also helped with explaining what electrics were required (as we are in the middle of rewiring our property). After thinking things over for a couple of weeks I returned to the store to make the order, I found Andy, who remembered me, and we confirmed various choices, another lovely lady in the shop made me a great cup of coffee whilst we completed the order forms. This has been one of the good shopping experiences that you rarely encounter, a credit to the team at dreams!
