Dreams - Stoke on Trent

On entering the store we were approached by Vicki who really looked after us. She helped to solve a problem which we had regarding the size of bed we needed to buy. We were very happy from start to finish and will recommend the store when possible.

On arrival we were met by Jane, who offered to help, get a coffee, etc. Unlike many furniture stores, she wasn't in your face. She was very knowledgeable and knew the products incredibly well. Within a very short time we had wittled down our rather unprepared search down to suitable 2 mattresses. We then looked at base options, to compliment the mattress, again with no prior research, and Jane assisted with this. We were keen to have a base with storage, and Jane helped us with the options and what should fit in our fitted bedroom. We left the store knowing pretty much what we wanted, but needed to measure up prior to purchase. After measuring up we returned to the store, again greeted by Jane, who was happy to go through the items we had chosen. We agreed on the purchase item and terms, and Jane even stayed behind after her working hours to conclude the sale. All in all, the best furniture buying experience we have had to date.

Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted by Jane, she was extremely friendly and very knowledgable on the products in store. She gave me advice and then left me test out multiple mattresses in my own time and she even made me a coffee. She didn't rush me or make me feel pressured and when I was ready to speak to her again she was there. Thanks!

I was unsure whether to get the bed frame with storage or without.I liked the idea of the lift up storage but preferred the height of bed frame with legs.But Andrew explained that the ottoman with storage was more practical being lower as it would bear the weight of the stored items better.

Really friendly staff who had a very friendly and positive approach to each other and customers - also made me a hot chocolate which was a nice touch on a cold day!

Assistant Jane was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on the type of bed that suited us. We found the vast choice a mind blowing choice and with Jane's help it was narrowed down to 2 or 3 beds. She then encouraged us to spend time lying on the beds and moving about on them. She did not push us to purchase and we felt very at ease with her advice.

WE WERE DEALT WITH BY A YOUNG MAN CALLED JAKE WHO WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND REALLY HELPFULL. THE STORE WAS AT BASFORD BANK, ETRURIA AND I WOULD RETURN THERE FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.
