Dreams - Stoke on Trent

The member of staff that helped us called Dina was extremely friendly and helpful and was very professional and offered us tea and coffee I will be shopping in the stoke store again

The cleanliness and lay out of the store, the range of products available and the knowledge and friendliness of the Sales lady (Dina).

We arrived as Dreams was due to close. But Andrew stayed open for us and spent time with us. He did not make us feel rushed despite staying open just for us. He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable and helped us to make the right decision on our bed.

We had everything we wanted in the stoke on trent store. We had help from the moment we walked in.very helpfull.we had plenty of time to look around and help with mattresses and the sale and discount was truly fantastic..I will certainly recommend to friends.x

The staff were really friendly & helpful but not at all ‘pushy’. The lady who served us was very knowledgeable about the product we purchased. The quality of the stock was of very high standard & the store was very clean

Dina, the sales lady was very knowledgeable about the different products on offer and was very helpful and friendly.

Went to Benson beds first but then decided to have a look in dreams we wanted a tempur mattress so glad I did Andrew was fantastic met all our needs and explained everything what fantastic customer service in fact if I did pay more from dreams I wasn’t bothered due to the fact of the service we recieved I’ve already reccomended to friends who are visiting your store next week to purchase the same mattress & we are coming back next week to purchase a bedstead
