Jake, who served us, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us to choose our mattress. His whole demeanor was friendly, bright and attentive in fact it was a pleasure dealing with him. We were equally pleased with Andrew who did the paperwork for us and set up the interest free credit. Both of them were at pains to point out all the advantages of buying from Dreams but at no time did we feel this was just motivated by the need for a sale. Altogether as pleasant an experience as you can get when spending a lot of money!

andrew at dreams stoke branch was very helpfull, he explained all about your colour code system, his product knowledge was superb he even made us a coffee whilst we shopped, very satisfied with our visit.

The Lady assistant Jane was very polite, knowledgeable. We talkrd to her the day before and went to other franchises but came back as there was no pressure but we were impressed by your products, janes mannerism and ahe did ask if we would like a coffee, though declined due to having breakfast earlier. Jane let us try all the range for our price budget nad we were so impressed we not only bought a bed but the mattress to go with it.

I visited the Stoke on Trent branch after a phone conversation with Vicki. She was very attentive, knowledgable and friendly and I was very pleased with the purchase.

Member of staff was friendly & helpful, including providing a drink of hot chocolate. I was given time to try all the different type of mattresses without being made to feel rushed or pressured.
