The staff member who assisted us was very knowledgeable and patient - she deserves a medal given the time we took to make a decision.

Nothing was too much trouble it was quite busy but Andrew stayed with us explaining everything

Andrew in the Stoke On Trent store served us. Bearing in mind it was boxing day and they were very busy he was able to come and help us in good time (allowing us to browse) He then explained all of our questions well and at no point were we pressured. Seemed he enjoyed working there and just wanted to help. We were even given a few quality street 😊

Very friendly staff who were keen to help, offering advice on which mattresses to try after we had explained what we were after. Also allowing us time to try them out and getting pillows similar to what we have at home. A great team working well in a busy shop at a busy time

Highly satisfied that the Staff Member Andrew had excellent knowledge of the products and did not come over as pushy with the products. Very friendly and helpful and explained the difference between the products and helped find the perfect mattresses for me

Everything was explained to us as we walked through the door, a lot of help offered and no pressure from any sales staff to purchase something hastily
