Andrew the sales adviser was superb, he understood fully what we needed as first time buyers of both a mattress and a home. He aided us in every aspect possible, he even offered us a drink, nothing was too much trouble for him. He made the whole experience easy and is a credit to yourselves as a company.

2 members of staff dealt with our requirements. They were both highly knowledgeable about the products and went out of their way to accommodate our special requests. We were offered a drink and given plenty of time to make our decisions, helped along the way without feeling pressured. Both staff were thoroughly pleasant and professional. We don’t generally like shopping but this was a dream experience!

I knew what I wanted to get, as I went online to look at offers and prices, the item was in stock locally so I rang up to double check, and then called over, but also while I was there we tested ALL the mattresses you had, and I've seen a mattress I would like for the master bed so were just waiting to get that in the next few months, we came away with my sons mattress and I've also seen bedding I've fallen in love with too. we were never pestered which I like and left to try out at our leisure.
