Andrew, our sales man, was very helpful throughout our visit. We were able to try out the science bed thing to see which mattress would be most suitable for my husband and I. Also, Andrew offered us water and he talked to our children. He wasn't pushy and allowed us time to ourselves to think about our decision. Also, when I returned to the shop, another of the staff was very helpful by coming to my car to collect the waste plastic. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.

The lady helped us alot with choosing the right bed base as we already knew which mattress we wanted as we came in previously and the guy who helped us then was really helpful. We had complimentary drinks whilst we were shopping. Overall it was brilliant service

Andy at the Stoke store was fantastic. Took great attention in all of my mums health problems to diagnose her with the best product. Was very informative and knowledgeable and so friendly and approachable. Will definitely be returning to purchase my mattress once my bed frame arrives which I also ordered at the same time. Served by Andy who was polite and informative. He offered to wear a mask too. Such a pleasant guy who had us laughing as well. Best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Richard was amazing! He greeted us on arrival, explained the store layout and then let us have a look around until we found our DREAM bed - making sure he was approachable at any time. He informed us of all optional extras with the bed and even showed us all functions of the TV bed including the he build in speaker (which all made us fall in love with the bed even more). He then talked us through the sleep simulator which allowed us to find our perfect mattress. He was very friendly and reasonable with his sale, helping us find the best bed and mattress for us with the best offer. He even stayed past closing time explaining how the order process worked and going through the extra guarantees. I will 100% be returning to dreams and passing on my recommendations to all friends and family! Thankyou Richard!

As soon as we walked through the door we were welcomed without feeling under any pressure to buy, it was nice to hear all the information about what differences there are between the different mattresses. Enjoyed testing the mattresses out as we didn’t realise how they vary in comfort, so glad we came to Dreams, great experience and found our perfect mattress, would definitely recommend.
