From when we entered we were greeted nicely and looked after throughout our trip to dreams. The mattresses were well explained and we managed to find exactly what we were looking for and we're given a great deal which was processed well.

The sales assistant was first class, I am in a wheelchair but it made no difference to the trail I was a B2B sales trainer and was so impressed with Vicki

On arrival we were left alone for a few minutes then Paul (Store Manager) approached and suggested the mattress trial/test which we undertook. He was very patient with us (buying for an elderly gentleman) and allowed Mr Gilbert to test various mattresses, pointing out ones within his price range. When a previous customer came in, Paul asked Richard to oversee us, who then answered any questions we had. Mr Gilbert was quite specific in his requests and so much patience and time was given to us. At the point of purchase, Paul returned but allowed Richard to continue processing the order. Several add-ons were offered but Mr Gilbert declined. Paul very kindly gave us a pack of pillows as we were returning customers and had recommended Dreams to Mr Gilbert. Delivery date was approx 2 weeks away, which suited our needs. We had emails, texts and a telephone call to confirm the timing of delivery. All in all, a fab experience from all concerned. Thank you.

The store assistant was very helpful. We had our 4 year old with us and he kindly kept her entertained whilst we made our choice of mattress. Very polite and understanding.
