The lay out in the store made it easy to see what beds and mattresses were on offer. The whole store was also clean and professional. The staff were friendly and helpful and didn't push for a sale like some sales people do. They were very helpful in explaining what the labels meant and the coloured runners. Overall very pleased with our visit and purchase.

Andrew was really knowledgable and helped us choose the right mattress for our needs. He showed us all options and allowed us to spend time testing the mattresses. He gave us good advice on each one. He offered us a drink, which at the other mattress stores we visited didn’t offer. Andrew was not pushy like some sales people and made us feel completely at ease. He made sure we purchased all that we needed and offered us a fantastic deal. We will recommend Dreams highly to anyone that needs to purchase a mattress in the future.

The Dreams shop assistant who served us ws excellent. We told him our issues with our current mattress and he explained why this was happening and directed us to the mattresses which he considered would suit us best. He explained everything about them and his knowledge of the products was excellent. This was the first shop we went to and usually I would shop around but we were happy with the product so bought it there and then.
