The member of staff Vicki was extremely helpful and she listened to our needs. At no point did she pressurize us into a sale, she allowed us time to try the products we were looking at but provided advice and support when needed. An enjoyable experience and we are lookibg forward to our new bed!

Helpful and knowledgeable advise given by assistant. Did not pester or force ably sell products and left us to try out beds without hovering around but was at hand when we had questions.

Dina was really helpful no pressure and didn’t mind my little boy climbing all over the beds while we tried others we even got lattes while we were looking around she encouraged us to try different types of mattresses the only thing that wasn’t great was the mattress we want isn’t in stock and won’t be delivered for nearly a month but I can’t wait for that date

Jane was extremely helpful from the minute we entered the store. Her product knowledge was excellent, and she did not try and point us in the direction of the most expensive mattress. We actually ended up spending considerably on a mattress than the ones she began by directing us to. I liked the fact that she wasn't pushy.

My wife and I had spent a lot of time standing around at your competitors awaiting advice and assistance. We came to Drems and ....... hey presto immediate assistance, the offer of a cuppa - what else could you ask for - spot on

We were very satisfied with the level of service and knowledge of the person who served us at Dreams, she took time to understand our product needs and was able to recommend a choice of products that were designed to help the neck problem my wife had, which we found very helpful and guided us to select the best product to suit the sleep problems she was experiencing due to her on going neck problem.

The knowledge of the staff was exceptional. Extremely friendly service, drinks offered. Store lay out explained for where to find the products and how the products were colour codes for what.

Nice welcoming when I entered the shop, managed to find what I liked straight away, Vicki (Dreams Colleague Eturia Way) helped me out and spoke about the products, a lovely and helpful lady. I was offered a drink when sorting out my order and payments. Vicki was very clear with what she was saying, expert advice had no problems. I can’t wait to receive my brand new Dreams furniture!
