Dreams - Stoke on Trent

A light and airy showroom with all stock well displayed. We were helped by Vicki and benefitted enormously from her excellent knowledge of the beds and mattresses in which we were interested. She never tried to rush or influence decisions and pointed out the differences between products in a clear and precise manner. we were given a hot drink and encouraged to look around freely without pressure.

Extremely satisfied with all aspects of our visit. The help from staff on duty was first rate. The choice and advise was brilliant. Choosing a mattress can be quite difficult but after spending quite a while trying the mattresses out, and with advice I'm sure we made the correct decision and we've chosen the best mattress for us. We also purchased a TV bed, which assembly was offered, and we are having, this with matching bed side cupboards was perfect. We made quite a saving as well with it being Easter weekend. All in all an excellent visit to Dreams.

Jane is highly knowledgable about the products and can answer all questions.

The assistant really worked hard to ensure we were happy with our choice, explaining everything about the bed, & sorted out the delivery date we required as this was imperative.

The staff listerend to what we were after and did not assume which meant we got what we wanted

being a previous customer we respect the knowledge that the sales staff have.on this occasion it was JANE with first class service

Welcomed to the store by a very pleasant lady called Jane, with a nice smile. She took me to the area I needed to go to look for the bed I required. She told me to try a couple of beds to make sure which mattress I felt most comfortable with. She offered me a drink and sat going through everything i needed to know about the bed. I was recomended by my Grandson to come to dreams as he had purchased a bed from you and he had been treated the same.

On entering the premises we were immediately put at ease and made to feel comfortable. We were given a complete overview of mattresses available. and offered beverages while we browsed. When we had some ideas, of what we liked further assistance was given and the differences explained. once we made up our mind the assistant helped with purchase and the delivery date to suit ourselves. The assistant was very knowledgeable and polite and made the whole experience very easy. we should of come sooner!
