Sales assistant at the stoke on trent store give us all the right information and pointed us in the right direction but allowed us to look. Very friendly chap and made the payments right.

We went in knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase. We were able to quickly order the product and arrange a delivery within 15minutes of entering the store. This was very good as we were pressed for time and needed to reach another store to purchase another item before they closed.

The store was clean and tidy, well laid out. The staff member serving us was friendly and helpful, we were made welcome and offered drinks while we were there.

Personal assistant was very good she told and showed us the beds we were looking for she was very professional and pleasant offered us a hot or cold drinks the price of the bed was a bit expensive but you have to pay to get the quality this is the second bed we have purchased of you and also we brought our daughter and son in law there bed to so obviously we have been satisfied with the beds you have sold us

The last who assisted us with the purchase was very knowledgeable and did not use pushy sales tactics. We were offered a drink whilst making our choice and we're overall very impressed with the customer service skills of the lady

Your Assistant Vicki went the extra mile for me to help find the product I required. As it was a 4ft bed the options in the shop were not what I wanted. She very Kindly found something very suitable on the website. The whole experience was very enjoyable and it was very obvious that Vicki loved her job and was very customer friendly.
