We'd been badly let-down by another company who failed to deliver our beds but Dreams and Vicki, in particular, bought a smile back to our faces by being understanding, friendly, engaging and making the experience of buying a bed pleasurable. The store itself is lovely, bright and clean and your beds are competitively priced and top rate for quality.

Very satisfied, was approached by Jane straight away from coming through the doors. We told her what we were looking for and she gave us all of the possible outcomes. She showed us the Tempur mattress', got us a coffee & water and left us to try each bed until we found the one we liked. For obvious reasons we couldn't pay for the mattress that day but certainly will come back knowing which to get. We went away with the Tempur pillow (firm) which will definitely suit my needs.

Very friendly and approachable assistant Dina. Offered drinks and answered lots of questions. Not pushy and wasn't pressured into buying anything.

We were unsure what we wanted just had a price range. The lady was very helpful explaining all the different benefits. Fetched a memory foam topper as we have one to give us a realistic experience of how it would be at home. Was generally very friendly and patient. Did not feel pressured at all and then helped with the payment explaining our options. A very pleasant experience thanks to her and only 3 uncomfortable sleeps until the new mattress arrives. Great all round.

From walking through showroom doors the staff welcomed us with a smile & hello & advised us how the right mattress for us , We were asked what firmness of pillows at home & the sales person found the right pillows before trying the mattresses, We were offered refreshments before making the order & she made us aware of other products & extra warranty we could purchase

I was greeted at the store and given a comprehensive detailed overview of the stores stock and then left alone to make my decision which I liked very professional..
