Exceptional customer service. Really helpful and good product knowledge. This was our first time buying a bed and the help and guidance we received was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, ensured we had tried everything suitable to our needs to determine which products we liked best.

Staff were very helpfull left you to walk around rather than keep bothering us like in other stors as because we are young couple. when we were ready they were there to help stright away and were amazed with the way that the correct bed could be chose for us we were offered a drink that was really nice. Like I say staff could not help anymore than what they did and evan because of delays with order they apologised

I think all the questions that I have been asked cover everything. I would like to say, however, that the sales assistant that served us was excellent in every way. We visited the Stoke-on-Trent store and the sales assistant's name is Dina. As well as her knowledge of the products, her pleasant manner made everything much easier. Choosing the bed was not easy and she was very patient with us.

Dina in the store was very knowledgeable on the products that met my requirements and therefore it was a good shopping experience
