Dreams - Stoke on Trent

Sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. Gave us time in the store to think about the purchase before committing to the order.

We live in Cheshire so we went to Dreams in Chester but was very disappointed with the shop and service. We then decided that we would look at alternative shops for a bed. Whilst visiting my brother we decided to go in your Dreams Shop in Etruria Stoke well what a difference Excellent service really good knowledge we were so surprised and impressed by Andrew who served us we brought a bed, the knowledge and the experience he has got was excellent. The best honest, experienced, knowledgeable salesperson we have come across. You need to be congratulated for excellent staff at Stoke.

Walked around the shop had a good look kids had a play around but someone did come up to us to offer help with out us having to ask . Very help full explained everything to us which was great as we don't shop for beds and mattresses very often

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, the choice of price ranges was good. The quality and comfort offered was good. The employee who helped me was Vicki, she was friendly, professional and efficient. And the delivery time was much sooner than I'd anticipated too.

I felt that i was given good advice by your colleague (Vicki) and at no point felt pressurised by her,also you have first class equiptment on site to help you to choose your mattress, i thought that was a winner!

Product knowledge from the aasistant but also aware that we wanted time on our own to view products too.

we have always bought stock from dreams and never had any issues with the store or stock very friendly and helpful staff and plenty of stock to choose from, a good choice all round

The colleague Dina was extremely helpful understanding my needs. She explained the different mattresses to me and left me to try a few without constantly asking me questions or pressuring me to make a quick decision.
