The gentleman who served us ( Andrew) was so helpful, and the knowledge he had on the mattresses (adjustable) was excellent. I can only say that our experience in your shop from entering to leaving was so excellent in every way. We were made to feel very special, and was so pleased with the price we paid. A really nice experience.

We were given excellent customer service by both jake and Vicki they both had excellent product knowledge especially on the mattress that we purchased which we new was made by Harrison. We felt very comfortable trying the beds which we liked,and with their help with product knowledge we went for a better mattress. We had different pillows to try as we lay on the beds which again we had excellent advice. We purchased a bed & matress and the same mattress again for our guest bed I would really recommend to go to our local dreams as we felt it was money well spent.

I had all the advice I needed, when I needed it ,but I was also given the opportunity to browse on my own without being hounded by sales assistants. The staff were very friendly and efficient, I was offered a drink, and encouraged to take all the time I needed to make the correct choice. A very pleasurable visit.
