Richard was very pleasant and patient because we were w little unsure of what we wanted. He took the time to explain and demonstrate the sofa bed for us.

Richard offered us a lovely coffee and was extremely patient with us. Richard showed us an assortment of items such as pillows and bedding accessories available in store. He was especially courteous and pleasant at all times. Such a change to the usual sales people who try to rush you and sell products you are not actually interested in. We have had a great welcoming experience at this store with such a lovely person, even though he had only been employed there for three weeks. Thank you Richard and also his colleagues who took time to joke and chat with us, making us feel important and they listened to our needs. Well done!

We had assistance from the second we walked in the door. The assistant knew the model I had seen on line even though wasn’t a model to view in store. She was brilliant from start to finish and we’re so excited to get our new bed! Thank you!

The service from Richard was excellent , talked me through the options available with prices . Easy process to order and arrange delivery. Lovely gesture offering hot drink while processing the order .

Staff were friendly. Had good knowledge and were not pushy to make me buy. Making the experience a relaxed one.

We had gone to the store just to look at purchasing a zip link mattress. We were browsing when Andrew came over and asked us if we needed any assistance. We told him the type of mattress we wanted. He went through the options for us. In the end we decided on a zip link mattress and an ottoman base. It was a discounted weekend which we were not aware of prior to coming, so we got extra discount as well. We were told by Andrew that the delivery staff would take away our old mattress and the divan base. That was an added bonus. All in all we were very happy with our experience. Andrew was funny, very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. It would be nice if all staff in shops were like him. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Virginia and Graham.
