The sales assistant, Dina, made an effort to understand the special circumstances of buying a bed for someone with special needs and a communication disorder. She seemed to know immediately which options would be most suitable. She was a good listener, and went out of her way to arrange for us to pick up the mattress from the warehouse the following day. She made a follow up call the next morning to ensure we had received the address of the warehouse, and everything was in order.

Good range of beds available. Beds colour coded and with descriptions to help to narrow down the choice. Store quite quiet. Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant.

Vicki the salesperson had a good knowledge and gave us good advice to help guide us to our final choice. She also offered us refreshments whilst we we deciding.

My Wife and I visited the store to purchase a new mattress, we were greeted by Vicki who was very pleasant, and very helpful. We explained to Vicki that we were looking for a new mattress, as my wife is experiencing discomfort and lower backpain with the mattress we currently have. Vicki asked us to try the bed that measures and monitors the pair of us, and explained that it will scientifically advise on the appropriate mattress to meet our needs. Once we were monitored, Vicki showed us all of the mattresses that were suitable. We settled for the mattresses we bought as it met both of our needs. Vicki offered us tea and gave us good sound advice, we even bought new Tempur pillows to compliment our purchase. The whole experience was exceptional, with everything explained to the finest detail. We look forward to the delivery of our new mattress, we would definately recommend Dreams, all in all, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. We will definately use Dreams again.

We were happy with the amount of time Dina let us look around on it own. Offering help at time to time. We also found the mattress cheaper online a few days later and so Dream’s agreed to refund the difference.
