Very satisfied with standard of service from Andy Nixon, who was really helpful.

The assistant Jane was friendly and patient with myself and my daughter.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received as we weren’t totally sure what was appropriate for us, but Andrew was very amenable and attentive. He ensured we brought the correct mattress based on our needs, how we slept etc. He really knew his stuff and was extremely approachable and knowledgable without seeming pushy or rushed for time. He was extremely welcoming. We are delighted with our purchase and had extremely good customer care. We’d definately come back for further products!

The sales assistant was fabulous. The bed I wanted had been put on at a sale price by mistake. She contacted her manger and the rang me back to say Dreams would honour the price I had seen.

Vicki was helpful from the start ... definitely not pushy I’d already decided which bed frame I wanted on line but needed help with the mattress Vicki set me up on the magic mattress and then helped me select the appropriate one She was very knowledgeable and friendly

Extremely profesional service from Dina, She was helpful and very informative, not at all pushy, just sensible sound advice and then we were allowed to choose by ourselves but she was available for further question and advice. Top marks. Very pleased.
