The sales assistant Jane was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout our 2 visits.

Jane the Assistant greeted and introduced herself to us as soon as we arrived. As my son is disabled and in a wheelchair she assisted us around the store. As he was the one who required the bed she spoke to him and asked him what he wanted and what important to him. She showed us a number of different beds, mattresses and bases. My son made his choice. We were offered refreshments but declined. We were asked what day we preferred delivery before Christmas which was excellent. Jane explained all the costs to us and we selected to have the bed assembled on delivery. Jane showed outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend this store to family and friends. Our validation code is 114.

Good variety in store,, the lady who served us was very knowledgeable about all products and explained it clearly. She asked relevant questions to enable us to choose the right product. Ok

Richard Hine is an asset to the company

We found what we wanted easily and Richard our adviser was extremely helpful because we did not know which mattress to buy and he talked us through all the different options so we could make a good decision

We quickly found what we were looking for and the staff explained everything to us clearly and precise

It was late in the evening on a Saturday and both Richard and Jake were more than accommodating given how soon they were due to close. I was offered a drink and allowed to try the correct pillows I was looking to purchase along with the mattress that I was buying. Usually in furniture shops the sales people can be a touch invading of your personal space but Richard and Jake made us both feel at ease and gave us the space we needed to make our decision.
