Lady pointed us straight to the beds we were interested in.

The ship assistant listened to our needs and helped us at every step of the way. Everything was clearly explained to us and we were pleased with the ease in which we were able to purchase our new bed. The delivery day was 13 days after purchase. I thought this was really quick considering it's a new bed, there was a sale on and it was boxing day. Can't wait for it to come now. We also bought new duvet and pillows... again the assistant advised us on which 1 to get based on what our needs were. Absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend dreams again.

Sales person (Andrew) was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we got what we wanted

The staff were incredibly accommodating as we had come to the store with our 2 & 3 year old daughters who ran riot. The staff were helpful and fortunately we’d tried to arrive in store first thing to avoid disrupting other customers.

When we went to the store to choose children’s beds the kids were with us, Richard the salesman was fantastic with all of us His level of customer service was amongst the best I’ve witnessed. The manager also took time out to thank us for our business before we left. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store to our family and friends, We are currently extending our house and will be back for more once completed, I think that in today’s environment it’s easy to find a negative in any situation but I feel that from start to finish our experience was amazing.
