Jane was very helpful and very knowledgable about all the beds she showed us. I would definately like to be served by Jane again.

I felt the staff were knowledgeable and let you browse the products at leisure but were on hand when needed and very approachable.

ADVICE GIVEN AND TIME SPENT TRYING THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATRESSES, FIRM TO SOFT ETC

My husband and I called at the store with grandson in tow, we were all made very welcome,even little Jude was invited to try the beds, assistants knowledge was good but not over powering, we were shown the tempur beds which we liked and the sales assistant did not pressurise us and left us time to discuss whether we were going purchase a bed, after negotiation we settled on the bed and price

WE LOOKED ON LINE SO WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED OUR SALES ASSISTANT WAS BRILLIANT SHE LISTENED TO US AND SHE KNEW INSTANTLY WHAT WE REQUIRED.

As soon as we entered the store and began to look around we were approached in a friendly helpful manner by the manager and shown the bed we were interested in. He then handed us on to Richard who told us everything we wanted to know and pointed out the benefits of having a firmer mattress than we had chosen. Nothing was too much trouble for either of these young men.

Fantastic customer service from Jake. He helped us find a suitable mattress within our budget. He also explained the differences between the different types of mattress.

Large store with plenty of choice.Very obliging staff with good product knowledge.A very pleasant experience.
