We were not “pounced” on when arriving, giving us time to find what we’re looking for. When Jane approached us, she was extremely relaxed and asked questions to gain our needs and wants, without being too pushy. During the decision making, Jane allowed us time on our own without making it pressured.

Richard was knowledgeable of the product and had a friendly approach. He had a good sense of humour and made us feel welcome in store. There was no pressure to purchase which made us want to purchase! The other members of staff were also friendly and the manager was very personable. Excellent customer services so far from Dreams of Stoke-on-Trent. Looking forward to the delivery of our new bed! 😁

We were greeted as we walked in store by Richard. He asked what we were looking for and directed us to appropriate items, he explained the different products available which allowed us to make an informed decision.

The explanation of the mattress I needed and the friendliness of vicki the sales assistant. I found the mattress assessor particularly interesting. By having this and the help of vicki it made it a lot simpler to find the bed suitable for me.

I had visited the Shrewsbury store with my daughter before Christmas and been given a print out of price/details for the bed frame/headboard which I liked. The assistant Vicki at the Newcastle-u-Lyme store was very helpful and explained the colour options and different headboards suitable for my needs. She gave me her full attention, was patient and I did not feel pressured in any way. Dreams was also recommended by my son, who purchased his bed/mattress from this store eighteen months ago.

Assistant gave us enough time & space to review the range before offer assistance, he had the right balance of advice without being pushy. Answer all questions & helped to make an informed choice, service was of a high standard meaning we felt comfortable to order & not waste time visiting any alternative showrooms.

Sales lady was very helpful and knew her stuff! It was good that Eve products were also available your range
