The assistant was impeccable....very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Immediately we were approached with a warm welcome. We expressed our wishes from The visit and the knowledge that the staff had was extremely reassuring. We were shown different mattresses which would suit me and my partner, this was extremely helpful to get an idea. We did not feel pressured and felt the store atmosphere was humble.

We looked for beds in oher local outlets but none provided the the level of customer service we received from Andy. We we able to browse at our leisure and when we had questions they were answerved to our complete satisfaction. The value for what we finally ordered was exceptional.

The sales person was very helpful and informative. He did not rush or pressurise us into a sale. Very pleasant and professional sales experience all round. Thank you to Andrew.

Highly recommended, the store had a good range of mattresses and the store assistant had very good product knowledge. We were measured on the machine and it advised us of the top 6 mattresses that would be suitable for us. This was a great help to narrow down the choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely use this store again.

Arriving at the store, we were a little overwhelmed with the choices of mattresses, frames and headboards and just knowing where to start. Dina was fantastic at helping us. Instead of looking at the whole picture, she recommended breaking the choice down in stages. for example, start with the mattress,then the frame and lastly the headboard. She told us to narrow it down to two or three mattresses and then try each in turn until we were satisfied. Doing it this way made the process much easier and not so stressful!. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her

The professionalism of the Sales person was excellent . She was very knowledgeable, very helpful ,smartly dressed and did everything to make our visit enjoyable.

We were served by Richard. He advised us on how to make our choices using the coloured foot mats. He later used the in store computerised bed to make recommendations as to which mattresses were most suitable. This helped in our final choice. He was knowledgeable and patient and gave us time on our own to try different beds out.
