Dreams - Stoke on Trent

I visited the Dreams store in Stoke to buy a new mattress and was assisted by Dina. Dina was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products in store. Dina helped me find the product which suited my needs whilst taking into consideration my current situation and budget.

As I walked into the store a staff, Jane approached me to help me with what I was looking for. She walked me around the store to show me exactly what I asked for. As I still was unable to decide, she advised to use the Sleepmatch, which I tried and got the list. And Jane patiently showed all the suggested mattresses.

I booked an appointment was met by Richard who offered me a drink & took me through each step of the process. He wasn’t pushy he didn’t try to see me what I didn’t need. He took time to listen & match me with a frame & mattress that would be ideal for me . Great customer service

The assistant (Andrew) was very helpful from greeting us at the door right through to our purchase.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Jane was very attentive and thorough.

The gentleman that I dealt with at Dreams was incredible. He understood my situation and requirements EXACTLY. I was put in the sleep machine to test what bed I neeeded and he knew precisely what was right for me! He gave me an amazing deal, made sure I was fully aware of what I was purchasing and was friendly throughout! I honestly couldn’t recommend him and Dreams enough!

We were able to look round at our own pace, try out the various mattresses and choose the one we wanted without being given a hard sell from the staff. When we made our decision, we were served quickly and our order placed.

From start to finish the sales assistant Richard was extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly, as was Paul the store manager

Andy was absolutely superb, I'm the kind of customer that spends ages researching before hand so I had a lot in mind and he didn't pressure us and allowed us time to go through each of the mattresses and had a straight and to the point explanation for the questions asked. In the end he put us through a great deal and was nothing but supportive when we were talking about ensuring we were 100% certain and to come back later. I know that's probably scary not to close a deal asap for some sales people but it was spot on for us.
