As soon as we walked in some one welcomed us and helped us choose a bed of out likeing

Jane is as a very friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant. I was buying a mattress for my Autistic daughter and Jane was extremely patient with her and made the experience a good one. We were offered refreshments and my cappuccino was lovely. Will definitely be going back.

We were told about the sleep match test bed so we decided to give it a go and were impressed. It showed us we were better with a medium mattress and I always thought we should have a firm mattress so pleased we used it. Richard who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good experience.

From walking in to the store we felt spoiled. Andrew a fantadtic member of the team and to whom you are lucky to have, assisted us in our every need and requirement. We went on the sleep match machine, which we had never seen before to assist us with our needs it was fantastic and then shown to the matress we needed, we were shown tempur cloud pillows once we tried them we had to have. We were offered drinks and received a total break down of cost and a step by step to what happens next. All in all a good experience and i will highly recommend Dreams.

We were greeted by Andrew an amazing member of staff who showed us to the sleep match it was amazing it analysed what we needed and took a long time off trying out all mattresses Andrew took us to the selected mattresses and we choose the one of our Dreams. Andrew then showed us the Tempur cloud pillows they are amazing and we had to have them. We were offered drinks and we placed our order, all in all a pleasant experience. Beds clearly highlighted as to what category they were in. Assistant gave just the right amount of information and assistance without being pushy. She explain everything clearly and was very informative.

The service I received from the minute I walked into the store to leaving, having completed my purchase, was exceptional - by far the best I have received at any time over the years.
