very accommodating staff- offered tea/coffee on arrival and left to browse leisurely and offered advice on placing the order

I phoned earlier and spoke to Vicki. She was warm and friendly and answered my questions easily. As I walked through the door she greeted me and led me straightaway to the dream bed machine. It couldn't have been quicker or easier. I certainly enjoyed the experience. We tried the different choices of mattresses and Vicki was so kind and patient. Not a bit pushy at all. It took me a good while to decide but I bought the correct mattress I'm sure. Other colleagues brought us hot chocolate and I had sweets for the grandchildren. It was almost like a day out! Peaceful, quiet and uplifting. It made me almost forget my painful back injury. Vicki was fully aware of my back and showed great patience and kindness. I wish all shop assistants were like her. Thank you.

Charlotte went through various different option to best suit our son's needs and the extras of storage or desk where applicable.

We were greeted by the very friendly vicky and then equally friendly dina. No pushiness or pressure. We were allowed to browse as much as we needed with staff always there if we needed to ask anything. I work in retail myself and was treated exactly how I like to treat my customers. We had planned on going round to lots of bed stores today... Dreams was the first and last stop 😊

It was the first time we had been to dreams and very impressed with the store and the salesman was outstanding with is knowledge and pleasantness we had a very interesting chat and an excellent coffee

The man who served us was so nice . I think his name was rich. He took us to the bed computer thing offered us a drink and made us feel welcome and was not a pushy salesman !!!

Richard welcomed us into the store. He offered us a go of a machine whice told us what mattress best suited us which was a great experience.Richard offered us both a drink which my husband accepted and was lovely.Richards knowledge of the mattresses was extremely good and he took us to the mattresses the machine said suited us best. There was no pressure sales and it was what best suited our needs. We narrowed it down to 2 mattresses one cheaper than the other. Richard gave us time to try both and chat about which one we wanted to buy. We went for the dearer one, at no time did Richard pressure us. At point of sale Richard asked if we wanted to buy the pillows we had been using but they were a bit expensive for us. He also offered us protection but we did not want it.Overall a brilliant shopping experience. A big thanks to Richard for his time and patience.

Customer service was excellent

Really helpful staff who knew exactly what we needed for our son for his big boy bedroom. Very efficiant and friendly. Great product knowledge and fab at finding us a real bargin and ideal mattress. We even came away with 4 free pillows which was fab too. The staff helped us get it into our car and customer care was amazing!!

Sales assistant was extremely helpful. we ended buying more than we intended to when walking into the store. But were very happy with our purchases. We have since returned and bought more mattresses. Loved the idea of offering a hot drink while you shop. Dina our sales assistant was very knowledgeable and left us feeling confident we purchased the right type of product and the offer of 30 day comfort is very useful.
