Everything was fine

I felt I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams when I was shopping for my and my mrs new bed together as tho we had two high energy boys we felt we could keep one eye on the boys and one eye on what was happening with our order because the manager and the story assistant not only spoke to us but also interacted with our boys which speaks volume to me as I felt thay was taking care of me and my family and not just after the money will deffo use dreams again 100%

The whole process from start to finish was very welcoming and ease of buying was brilliant. We were made to feel at our ease with a bonus of a coffee too :-) Jane was an exvcellent sales person and not pushy.

It was quick and easy. The staff (Vicki) was very welcoming and put us at ease. As we didn't know what we were after regarding what type of mattress to have.

When me and Amy(my partner) we walking in and a lady walked straight up to us with a massive smile on her face I wanted one thing and my partner wanted another she new exactly what we needed we went on the test thing ended up with and amazing mattress and pillows the lady we spoke to was called Dina she was funny and so helpful she is asset to the company she really is. overall me and my partner walked out really happy thank you.

Excellent friendly service from start to finish, very knowledgeable member of staff, never felt rushed to make a final decision on the item we purchased. We were very impressed with the in store system that helps you to select the correct mattress .
